APN Setup
 
Step 1: Go to your application menu. From there, select Settings or the application that appears as the settings utility for your phone, as shown below.

Step 2: Go to Wireless & networks.

Step 3: In Wireless & Networks, look for Mobile Networks.

Step 4: Inside Mobile Networks, you will find another section called Access Point Names.

Step 5: Now we will add a new APN. Press Menu, and click on New APN.

Step 7: Editing the access point requires us to have the Access Point name, the APN type and port. You can find these sections in the list below.

Step 8: Finally, when you are done editing, you can save the APN details by clicking on Menu and selecting Save.

It is time to come back to the screen in step 4 and select the Data enabled checkbox and Data roaming, as shown in the image below:

If your APN settings are correct, you will be able to connect to the Internet. You can test this by browse to any website on the browser.
*Sometimes restarting the phone after adding the APN is required.

Israeli SIM:
 • Insert the SIM into your phone and turn it on.
 • To dial within Israel, landlines or cell phones, simply dial the number and press SEND (for ex. 054-111-2222, or 02-111-2222).
 • To dial to USA or Canada, you MUST dial the prefix: cellcome- 0131 or 012/Partner- 0121 and then the number (for ex. 0131-718-123-4567 or 0121-718-123-4567) in order for it to be a free call.
-Please note, failing to dial the prefix before a USA or Canadian call will result in a per minute charge.
 • To send texts (SMS) to USA, dial the American country code, 001 and the number (for ex. 001718-123-4567). Or +1718-123-4567
 • To access your voicemail dial *80, or, *151, password 1234#.
 • To access the internet, the APN needs to be changed depending on the type of phone- refer to the Internet Setup page to do so.
 • The sim comes with unlimited data. The first 6-8gig is at high speed, which then slows down.
-We suggest connecting to WIFI whenever possible so as not to use up the high speed internet.
 • The plan includes unlimited calling and texting within Israel, landlines and cellphones, And to US & Canada according to your plan.

    • i. For the USA and Canada enter 1+ area code+ Number+ # ex:17183331212#

World Sim
 • Insert the SIM into your phone, and turn it on. You should immediately receive a text message (SMS) with your phone number.
 • The way the calls work: dial the desired number as stated above, the system will then hang up and call you back. It will then connect to the dialed number.
 • To make a call or send a text message you must always dial +, the country code, and area code, dropping the 0: (ex. +972-54-123-4567).
 • The SIM is automatically topped up with $25. When you have $5 remaining you will receive a text message stating as such. You may then choose to contact the company and top up with the amount of your choice.
 • To top up, or speak to an agent- dial *777#
 • To see how many minutes you have remaining- dial *187#
 • To get your phone number (if you did not receive it in a text)- dial *133#
 • The sim must be returned to us upon your return to Israel. If we fail to receive the sim back, there will be a $25 fee.

How do i setup the internet on an Iphone

The Internet on the Iphone should start automatically unless you have an H2O SIM card, in that case Follow these instructions:
 
*This must be done before you travel overseas (download the file while you're still in israel)
 
The iPhone configuration link has been sent to your phone.
If you did not receive it, please copy and paste this link into your browser: http://www.locusapi.com/pcs/apn.php
Please note: Phone must be unlocked and must have a Wi-Fi Network enabled in order to download the configuration.
Once you have the link, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the link received via text message.
2. Click on the install option.
3. A screen should come up to Cancel or Install. Please select the install option.
4. If successful, you will receive a “profile installed” message at the top of the screen.
If an error message is received stating a profile is already installed, follow the steps below:
1. Go to settings.
2. Go to general.
3. Scroll down to PROFILE.
4. Click PROFILE option (This will access the current profile installed on the phone).
5. Select REMOVE option.
6. Warning message should show up to confirm, proceed to REVOME.
7. If successful, this will remove the profile and back to the previous screen.
8. Once this process is done, please follow the steps above to install the H2O profile
